Refund Policy

At Angelic Touch, customer satisfaction is my priority. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted, Reiki-infused herbal teas. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

 

Returns
Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns on opened packages of herbal teas. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Unopened products: If your tea package is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact me immediately with photos and details of the issue, and I will arrange a refund or replacement.

 

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email me at Simone@angelictouchholistics.com with your order number and details of the issue. I will respond to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

 

Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Custom orders or special requests.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
